One of the most important principles of shooting from weapons is the responsible handling of a firearm. And of course, also following the rules that shooting should take place exclusively on a shooting range. But why is this rule so important?

Safety

Shooting ranges are designed to ensure the safety of shooters and people around them at the highest level. Shooters have a precisely defined shooting direction, safety zones, and barriers are also placed there to prevent the bullet from unintentionally bouncing and hitting other people. If people shoot in nature or in unofficial places, these safety features are missing. And this greatly increases the possibility of injury.

Legislation

In the Czech Republic, the law specifies exactly where we can shoot. Shooting outside a shooting range can be considered a misdemeanor, even a criminal offense, for example as a reckless endangerment. This can lead to big problems, and a fine would be the least of your problems.
